How does filmed knowledge transfer work?
We start by mapping what actually needs to be preserved — which decisions, situations, methods and perspectives risk being lost when a person leaves the organisation. A document is rarely enough.
Interviews are structured into thematic chapters: background, method, typical situations, pitfalls, principles and advice for a successor. The material is edited into a main film plus shorter chapter clips that are easier to use in onboarding and internal training.
Common use cases are retirements, generational handovers, founder transitions and documentation of critical roles. The material is owned by the organisation and handled under confidentiality.
