What's the difference between motion graphics and animation?
Motion graphics is about putting graphic elements in motion: logos that build, icons that explain a flow, numbers that count up or text that follows a voice-over. It's used heavily in explainer corporate video, product demos, social media and as lower-thirds in interview films.
Animation is a wider umbrella. It includes motion graphics, but also character animation, 2D illustrations that tell a story, and full 3D animation of products or environments. Animation more often requires script, storyboard and a longer production timeline.
Simple rule of thumb: if you want to explain something quickly and clearly — pick motion graphics. If you want to build a world or a character the viewer should identify with — pick animation. Fenny delivers both, often combined with live action.
